Please read the Terms of Use carefully (including our Privacy Policy) before using the site and/or the Services (both defined below), as they affect your legal rights and liabilities under the law, with respect to JobButler and/or its related entities, affiliates and subsidiaries.
By accessing the services, you are agreeing to the following terms, which are designed to be an inclusive service for all users of JobButler. This policy is effective 24 November 2021. .
Thank you for using JobButler. This agreement governs your use of JobButler, and describes how you may use JobButler’s services. This account agreement between JobButler and you, being the person or legal entity (including sole proprietors) identified to JobButler as the owner of the JobButler account. You expressly agree to the terms of use of this account agreement and any updates or modifications to either of those documents made by JobButler.
In this agreement, the following definitions shall apply unless the context does not permit such application:
Refers to a registered account of a Member opened under JobButler and/or its related entities, affiliates and subsidiaries
Refers to the agreement formed by these Website Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and in the case of a Member, by these Website Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Refers to any software or mobile application of JobButler
Refers to computer, laptop, mobile phone or other electronic device sued to access the site or the services.
Refers to materials, information, news, advertisements, listings, data, input, text, songs, audio,video, picture, graphics, software, blogs, webcasts, podcasts, broadcasts, messages, software, comments, suggestions, ideas and other content.
Refers to any services provided by JobButler or its agents including the access to the online job sites, search engine tools, job posting functions, creation of Job Seekers profile with personal information, creation of company’s profile with personal information, social networking tools, email notifications, recruitment services, sourcing services, lead generation services, resume related services, Matching services, registration services, advertising services and information sharing with respect to promotional deals, market research, financial and education services and other features content or applications that JobButler may offer on or through the site and app from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
You acknowledge and agree to access and use certain JobButler’s Services, you will be required to register as a Member and comply strictly with the terms of this Agreement.
You may not reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, communicate, transmit, broadcast, podcast, webcast, distribute, sell, trade or exploit for any commercial or other purposes, any portion of, or any access to any service and the site. Unless permitted with the prior written consent or expressly permitted in this agreement.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of any JobButler content available on the site or through a Service unless expressly permitted by law or JobButler.
If you detect any vulnerabilities or weakness in the Services, you shall notify JobButler immediately by email, contact@jobbutler.sg. Any exploitation or testing of suspected vulnerabilities or gaining unauthorised access to any of the JobButler’s Services is prohibited.
JobButler provides you with a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use JobButler’s Services only for your personal and/or business use involving human resource related or JobButler approved activities.
You may not use the JobButler’s Services for disseminating any any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws, aggregating, copying or duplicating in any manner any of the JobButler’s content or information available from any JobButler’s Services, including expired job postings, reproducing any of the content for general use, transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice, aking, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the respective owner
JobButler’s Services, platforms and content are the exclusive property of JobButler or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights and other intellectual property rights. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify,, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials of JobButler without written consent or expressly permitted in this agreement.
JobButler may provide links to other sites that may be relevant and of interest to uses. JobButler has no control over and is not responsible for the content on the Linked Sites or for any damages you may incur from the Linked SItes (including any virus, spyware, worms, errors or any damaging material contained in the Linked SItes or the availability of any content on the Linked Sites, and you hereby irrevocably waive any claim against us with respect to the Linked Sites.
JobButler may terminate your account immediately if you are in breach of this Agreement and fail to cure the breach upon notice by JobButler or if JobButler determines that you are engaged in activity that fails to comply with applicable law or causes a significant risk of reputational harm to JobButler.
Upon suspension or termination of your account or you access to all or any part of the Site or Services, you will remain liable for all obligations you may have incurred under this agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold JobBUtler, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from all claims, demands,, actions, proceedings, liabilities(including statutory liability to third parties), penalties and costs (including without limitation, legal costs on a full indemnity basis), awards,m losses and/or expenses, due to or arising out of, any use of the Site or any JobButler’s Service, your connection to the Site, your breach of any terms of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of another person or entity or you breach of any statutory requirement, duty or law,
No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if the failure results from a Force Majeure Event, provided always that whenever possible, the affected party will resume that obligations as soons as the Force Majeure Event occasioning the failure ceases or abates.
This agreement and all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Site and JobButler’s Services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore including without limitation the provisions of the Singapore Evidence Act (Chapter 97) and the Electronic Transactions Act (Cap 88), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.You hereby agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
